1.13        This question is in regard to continual improvement.  The Objective Evidence refers to customer and internal concerns as well as rework.  We do not see where continual improvement was addressed.  Please advise their continual improvement process and initiatives.

1.14        This question asks who (what person) authorizes the disposition and movement of parts out of the quarantine area.  The Objective Evidence states that there is a separate area, but it does not state who is responsible for material disposition.  Please advise that person or those persons who have the authority to disposition those parts.

1.19        Spare parts list and availability of spare parts.  I see that a spare parts list is available.  Please advise if all spare parts are in stock.

1.20        The question is about different heats of material and material from different suppliers.  From the Objective Evidence,  we see that parts are tested to confirm proper temperature.  Would you please advise the process and preventative measures that are taken to ensure that these different heats or different supplier’s material are not processed together or mixed.

2.2          This question asks if product is clearly identified throughout the heat treat process.  The Objective Evidence states that there are areas identified for difference processes and that lot number control has different processes per different lot.  Would you please advise how the actual product is marked as it passes through the various processes?

3.2          Process equipment calibration and verification.  It is stated that calibration is carried out internally, yet there is no record of calibration on thermocouples and carbon potential controllers.  Please advise if they have now put in place a procedure to record and post thermocouple calibration.

3.9          Why is this question N/A?

3.10        Why is this question N/A?

3.12        Fail safe to prevent non-uniform loading.  The Objective Evidence addresses the quenching temperature and thermometer but it does not address the hardening furnace and how non-uniform loading is prevented.  Please advise how this is prevented.

3.13        Why is this question N/A?

3.25        Question refers to rework procedure and notification to customer prior to rework.  Objective Evidence mentions continuous improvement should not be included here.  Objective Evidence also states that they are still studying automotive parts and requirements.  Please advise dates that the rework process will include notifying customer prior to the rework process to begin.  This is a corrective action request that should be addressed with both timing and objective evidence of procedure.

质保系统审核本是找 “疵”。
“吹毛” 就能 "求" 出来的质量或质量隐患瑕 "疵"，改善起来倒简单容易。
