关于抛丸机设备验收需要注意的事项

请教各位:我厂定购DISA抛丸机一台,马上具备了发货条件,现在对其进行出厂前最后的验收,请有经验者谈谈验收的基本常识和注意事项!谢谢。

抛丸机这东西还真不好验收,要用了才知道,叶片,衬板的耐用度,不过你买的是否国际名牌,要那样就省心多了

这个品牌应该还不错,DISA(中文:迪砂),不知道有没有和熟悉这个品牌的,介绍介绍也好啊?

好啊,我们也刚好买了一台,后天就可以发货了,我也想看看对抛丸机的验收标准是什么,谢谢哪位懂这方面的能上传些资料。
我自己个人认为有以下这么几个方面:
  1、抛丸机内各衬板的磨损情况。这需要实际抛丸后能看出结果。
  2、抛丸产品的光洁度,除锈能力,和表面凹坑的均匀度。
  3、抛丸时处理时间的长短。(相对)
  4、抛丸机的除尘系统,除尘效果。
  5、抛丸时机械噪音。
  6、抛丸机的密封性。
  7、钢砂的分炼效果。
  8、其他的影响工作和实际生产的情况。
能想到的也就这些了。

还有一点很重要:是否易于日后维修.衬板总有磨损的一天;
钢丸无处不在,衬板保护不周的地方(特别是抛丸器正下方区域),
在长期使用之下,也会破损.到时可别象我们一样,修一次象下井挖煤一般.

唉,国内厂家在人性化设计上太不注重了!
老外的不知如何?
期待CEO的介绍!

设计图纸有时间发上来,大家看看,但是设备图得等进厂后才能拍到的。

这个我们合同附件中提到的性能保证证的测试项目和方法,先参考一下!

Guarantee values of technical specification and function of the equipment

(1) Among the test items, those requiring several examinations can only be regarded as being qualified by tested each time qualified.
(2) In the process of test, if it is not ready with the steel plate specification and the site conditions, it is up to the buyer to choose the similar specifications of the steel plate and the similar conditions for substitution of the test.
(3) The buyer will raise the basic test values for that of some of test items. If the seller’s equipment can reach a higher level, it shall be described explicitly in his bidding document, which will be taken as the test values for the test, and furthermore, it will be considered as one of the seller's technical advantages in the process of the bid review.

Meaning when the line speed is 4.5 m/min, the cleanliness of surface of the plate to be tested shall be ensured.

Note:
surface conditions of steel plates before shot
blasting have to be A or B, according to standard ISO 8501-1;1988
(1) 5 pieces of plates with thickness 6-12 mm, width 2,800 – 3,250 mm;
(2) 5 pieces of plates with thickness 12-25 mm, width 2.000 – 2,800 mm;
(3) 5 pieces of plates with thickness 25-50(80) mm, width 1,500 – 2,000
mm;
2Equipment surrounding noise85 dBA or the lower, but without impact sound of the steel plates Referring to the noise value that occurs adjacent to the surface treatment machine.(1) At least 10 checking points should be chosen adjacent to the equipment and the specific locations will be designated by the Buyer on site;
(2) During the test, the plates to be machined for test shall include the sheets thickness of 6 - 50 mm and width 1,500 – 3,250 mm (at least 3 pieces);
(3) The test method and condition is referred to the National Standards and regulations of the Buyer.
3Fume discharging concentration1 mg/m3 or the lower concentration
It refers to the concentration that can be reached place where the fume-discharging outlet of the cartridge filter is
located. Regarding the area around the surface treatment machine it is not allowed that visible dust comes out of the machine
4-hour continuous measurement shall be carried out after the surface treatment machine is started for the first time, the same procedure shall also be performed one time at 3 different shifts.

Referring to quantity of blasting ball within 1m2 existing on the top surface of the plate after shot blasting
(1) Any surface shot material left on the surface of the plate after cleaning should be less than the guarantee figures
(2) The test time is 1 month.
(3) The operation record is taken as basis.
5Failure rate of the lineFailure rate value: 1 %
(The failure rate definition of line=T3/(T- T1 - T2)×100%:
T: Overall calendar time (h);
T1: No material outage time (h);
T2: Scheduled outage time (h);
T3: failure outage time (h);
T stop=T1+T2+T3;).
(1) The test of the line failure rate is referring to the outage statistical statement of the plant:
(2) Statistics is to be taken in 3 times, 1 is the statistics for weekly report. The actual week number of the test is to be determined by the Buyer.
6Life of roller brush (If any)_3000_hr(1) Calculation of accumulation life by the actual blasting time on the steel plate by the blasting unit.
(2) Idle racing time of the blasting unit is not calculated.
(3) Based on the actual relevant reports of the plant.
7Life of feeder cage_1800 _hr(1) Calculation of accumulation life by the actual blasting time on the steel plate by the blasting unit.
(2) Idle racing time of the blasting unit is not calculated.
(3) Based on the actual relevant reports of the plant.
8Life of blades of impeller head_1000 _hr(1) Calculation of accumulation life by the actual blasting time on the steel plate by the blasting unit.
(2) Idle racing time of the blasting unit is not included.
(3) Based on the actual relevant reports of the plant.
9Life of adjusting bush of impeller head_1800_hr(1) Calculation of accumulation life by the actual blasting time on the steel plate by the blasting unit.
(2) Idle racing time of the blasting unit is not included.
(3) Based on the actual relevant reports of the plant.
10Life of filter element_3000_hr(1) Calculation of accumulation life by the actual blasting time on the steel plate by the blasting unit.
(2) Idle racing time of the blasting unit is not included.
(3) Based on the actual relevant reports of the plant.

我们前两年买的抛丸机,当时验收时从机械部分、电器部分、抛丸效果及生产能力、粉尘排放量、噪音等按协议进行了验收,结果没用多久,故障频繁,丸粒到处飞。我想易于维修和密封好可能要仔细考察吧。

是的,你这个问题在我们现在使用的抛丸机上也非常明显,确实是一个要非常重视的关键部分.

合同中性能考核要到设备进厂后能进行的,作为设备出制造厂之前的验收,如何对其的密封性进行检验呢?

我们是这样的,签合同的时候把付款方式改为合同签定时30%,发货时付30%,验收合格时付30%,剩余10%在验收合格一年内付清,这样的方法比较有效。

我们的设备和9楼的一样,钢丸到处乱飞,喷一次坏一次

关键点在密封以及钢丸、叶轮的寿命等
