Heat treatment manager       for famous heat treatment plant
Job Description:
1. Use company job resource and make sure to fit requirement of job.
2.Leading team, solve the problem in production to confirm regular operation, and meet requirement of customer.
3.Drive optimization across such areas as: equipment installations and process/transformation modeling.
4.Sign off on installations, process models, zone controls, and maintenance systems to ensure manufacturing processes meet documented specifications. Ensures the documented specifications are in accordance with Lean principles.
5.Follow the production document to arrange produce, control the process, report result, follow the spare parts situation and pass information.
6.Response for the management of time, valuation, performance, and salary of workers.
7.Keep safe and incentive environment, build atmosphere of heat treatment team.
8.Control kinds of cost, reduce the cost of manufacture and quality.
Assist operation of new production plan, and testing for new production.
9. Lead all heat treat and metallurgy approval process through presentation to Metallurgical council.
  10. Play a lead role during customer heat treat and metallurgy audit.

Requirements:
1. Metal material or heat treatment engineering bachelor degree
2. Professional experience with metal material heat treatment
3. At least 5 years experience of management
4. Ability to work independently and in team

Salary: ≥ 12K/M Location: Jinan, Shandong

Job Description:
1. Manage and improve the shop floor heat treatment process and design the process for new products based on the requirement of drawing.
2. Preparing documents to support the shop floor production. This may include but not limited to documents like Job Instruction Sheet, Operation Instruction, Production Routings, Quality Checking Inspections and Control Plan.
3. Provide technical support to outsourcing development.
Lead and coach the technician and operator to achieve the manufacture and quality goal.
4. Performing field failure analysis based on requirements from Supervisors
5. Familiar with plate spring heat treatment equipment and process.

1. University graduate in Material Engineering.
2. At least 5 years working experience in heat treatment processing .
3. Good knowledge of quality control.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative.
5. Competence in both written and spoken English is an advantage.

站在论坛角度，这样方便大家对热处理行业做适当了解，我觉得并无不妥之处。况且一个人如果有一定的自知之明，断然不会冒然去应聘，您觉得呢？
