请教Grade 150-135热处理工艺

这是标准测试.我想用千分尺测量冲击后试样的宽度大于10.15mm也就OK了.理解不知道是否正确.

9.2.2 Lateral expansion measurements shall be reported asfollows. The lateral expansion of an unbroken specimen can be reported as broken if the specimen can be separated by pushing the hinged halves together once and then pulling them apart without further fatiguing the specimen, and the lateral expansion measured for the unbroken specimen (prior to bending) is equal to or greater than that measured for the separated halves. In the case where a specimen cannot be separated in to two halves, the lateral expansion can be measured the specimen should be reported as unbroken as long as the shear lips can be accessed without interference from the hinged ligament that has been deformed during testing.
9.2.3 Lateral expansion may be measured easily by using a gage like the one shown in Fig. 8 (assembly and details shown in Fig. 9). Using this type of gage the measurement is made with the following procedure: orient the specimen halves so that the compression sides are facing each another, take one half of the fractured specimen and press it against the anvil and dial gage plunger and record the reading, make a similar measurement on the other hal

依照剪切唇的一面(V型缺口的对面)为基准面,计量器具看图象百分表.测量值如果是15,则为0.15mm.大于这膨胀值就合格了.
这平台真是交流的好地方.再次感谢各位!

带上热炒的鱿鱼丝到你那儿喝上几瓶
其中有理解为:试样冲击后仍然铰链在一起的.在试块未出现疲劳的情况下把它们拉开.分别测试.-----不知是否正确
其实以往低于这强度的冲击后试块基本都分开的.只有小部分剪切唇一点点连接.

英文跟中文的表达习惯不同。有时,一句话很难找到中文的表达方法。我换一种方式翻译出来,你再推敲一下。
你说的“试样冲击后仍然铰链在一起的.在试块未出现疲劳的情况下把它们拉开”,涉及到下面这句话:
if the specimen can be separated by pushing the hinged halves together once and then pulling them apart without further fatiguing the specimen,
译文如下:
如果把铰接试块一次推在一起就能够分离试块并随后在试块未出现疲劳的情况下把它们拉开的话,那么……
你说的“分别测试”,见原译文:
将两个试块定向,使两个压缩面相互面对,取一个断裂的试块,将它对着砧座和千分表柱塞压缩并记录读数,另一个试块采取类似测量方法进行测量。
你说的“以往低于这强度的冲击后试块基本都分开的.只有小部分剪切唇一点点连接”,见原译文:
在试块不能分离成两半的的情况下,旁向膨胀的测量应按试块未破坏记录。
上面这句话后面有一个条件,即as long as the shear lips can be accessed without interference from the hinged ligament that has been deformed during testing.(只要剪切唇能够在无来自试验时已发生变形的铰接带干扰的情况下接近)。
译注:剪切唇能够接近,接近的条件是没有来自铰接带的干扰。铰接带在试验时易发生变形,变形后的铰接带就会造成干扰。

只要剪切唇(来自已经发生变形的铰接带在试验期间没被干扰的情况下)能够接近,旁向膨胀量应能按试块未破坏记录.

One half of a broken specimen may include the maximum expansion for both sides, one side only, or neither. Therefore, the expansion on each side of each specimen half must be measured relative to the plane defined by the undeformed portion on the side of the specimen, as shown in Fig. 2. For example, if A1 is greater than A2, and A3 is less than A4, then the lateral expansion is the sum of A1 + A 4.
