工艺布局中的减排措施和废水回用

摘 要:QPQ工艺产生的废水为碱性,铝合金阳极氧化工艺产生的废水是酸性。在工艺布局中将两者结合,可以使废水酸碱中和达到减少排放的效果。采用中和、混凝、沉淀和斜管分离的工艺流程,对废水进行深度处理后大部分回用于生产。

Measures of Reduction in Pollutant Discharge and Techniques of Recycling Waste Water in Technology Design

Abstract: The waste water produced by the QPQ technology is alkaline, while the waste water produced by the anodizing technology of the aluminum alloy is acid. In the technology design, if we combine to process the waste water produced by the aforementioned two technologies, the acid and alkali in the waste water will be neutralized in order to achieve the effect of reducing the pollutant discharge. Under the technology process of neutralization, coagulation and oblique pipe isolation, most of the waste water can be used for production after deep recycling.
