POSITION SUMMARY
职位描述
Provide analytical support and perform high quality mechanical testing to meet customer expectations in a timely and cost effective manner.  This position entails operation of instrumentation and performing a variety of analytical metallurgical and mechanical tests. Required for second and third shifts depending on the working loading.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•        Conduct mechanical and metallurgical testing and analysis. Coordinate the input of other individuals and departments.  
在金相机械测试部门操作金相和机械测试分析，协调同其他同事和部门的工作输入。
•        Use appropriate equipment and devices in laboratory.  Label and maintain samples from receipt of job through archiving.
使用实验室合适的设备和工具。从收到工单到完成测试做好标签和维护试样的工作，
•        Complete work assignments on scheduled due dates and keep supervisor and other members of staff informed of problems that affect work flow.  
按计划完成工作任务并保证主管和其他工作人员被告知有影响工作流程的问题。
•        Perform work in accordance with proper work procedures and in a safe manner.
使用合适的工作流程并安全的方式去完成工作。
•        Maintain work area conditions and appearance at expected IMR standards.  
维护工作区域的环境和表现满足IMR的标准要求
•        Assist in keeping work areas presentable.  
协助维持工作区域的整齐美观。
•        Other duties as required and assigned.
也会被要求其他分配的工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•        Colleague degree of university is required. Associates degree or work towards degree in metal material science is preferred.
大专以上学历要求。金属材料科学专业优先。
•        One to three years experience in a lab or related environment ability has been demonstrated.   
1~3年的实验室或者其他有熟练操作的工作岗位经验。
•        Ability to work independently under supervision and as part of a team.   
在主管的指导下能独立工作并作为团队的一份子。
•        Proficiency in various computer programs required to perform testing and ability and to learn new skills as required, including IMR’s proprietary lab management system.  
有良好的计算机操作能力，要求操作测试和良好的学习能力，包括IMR实验室管理系统。
•        Demonstrated proficiency in ability to utilize instrumentation and other technologies in the performance of laboratory duties.  
良好的实验室仪器操作和其他技术操作能力。
•        Good ability in reading and writing in English.
良好的英语读写能力。
