3.5.14.1.3 The time required to achieve TUS sensor temperature recovery, stabilization or a recurrent temperature pattern
shall not have exceeded the time limit specified in the applicable material or process specification.

What's your opinion for this requirement?

Usually in the applicable specification there will be the requirement for Soaking time.

But we know that usually the stabilization phase is shroter than the soaking time, it will take some time to reach the stabilization after entering the soaking phase.

Then how can we evaluate we can meet the 3.5.14.1.3 requirement?
