QPQ技术的盐浴调整和维护

摘 要:QPQ技术是一种新的金属表面强化改性技术。介绍了QPQ技术的盐浴调整和维护方法,提供了盐浴铁素体氮碳共渗盐浴中氰酸根CNO-、氰根CN-和碳酸根CO3=的分析方法。在大生产过程中,保持盐浴成分的稳定和可控,让其在规定的范围内波动,是得到合格产品的必要条件。详细叙述了QPQ技术中的氮碳共渗盐浴和氧化盐浴的成分控制技术和保证盐浴清洁度的维护方法。从新盐的熔化到老盐的调整、维护、保养都应该严格规范。

Control and Maintenance of Salt Bath in QPQ Technology

Abstract: QPQ technology is a new surface modification and strengthening technology for metals. This paper introduce the control and maintenance of the salt bath in QPQ technology and provides analysis method of salt bath ferritic nitrocarburizing in the CNO-, CN- and CO3=. In large-scale production process, it is a necessary condition for qualified products to maintain the stability and control of salt bath and control the fluctuation of the salt bath within a specified range. This paper describes in detail the composition control technology of nitrocarburizing salt bat and oxidation salt bath and the maintenance method of ensuring the cleanliness of the salt bath in QPQ technology. It should be strictly standardized from the melting of new salt to the adjustment and maintenance of the old salt bath.
