主要负责实验室的管理,包括相关文件管理,实验室耗材的采购计划等,并按照西门子内部标准对日常的金相分析报告修改和校准(大部分是关于CVD和HVOF涂层的金相分析),并配合焊接,热处理,无损检测,激光钻孔等进行产品相关的工艺认证,以及生产缺陷件的分析并进行汇总与反馈,从而提高公司产品质量。
另外,在公司进行IS09001取证工作的一年多时间中,参加了公司ISO9001全程的审核,具备相关的受审核经验与技巧。在做内审工作时候,能有效的利用8D,NCR报告,从而预防缺陷件的产生。由于我的工作环境是在车间,通过与车间管理人员及一线工人的频繁接触与交流,使我对siemens这样的现代化大企业的现场管理方式有了足够的了解。

从事金相分析,主要遇到的材料有各种低碳钢 (Q235,Q345),低合金钢 (306,307,316L,16MnR,13MnNiMoNbR),低温钢 (09MnNiDR,16MnDR),双相不锈钢 (2205,2507)。比如钢材中的有害魏氏组织,晶粒度评判,钢材组织分析。对进料板材,出货金属复合板或焊接工艺评定试板进行力学实验(拉伸,弯曲,热拉,剪切,冲击等),另外考取了物理性能检测证书。工作之余,对失效分析比较感兴趣,看了许多失效分析处理的案例,并协助老师处理过本单位钢材失效等相关问题.
