I want to translate two articles,but i don't know whether i translate it right or not,so please give me a help everybone ,thank you very much~~
1\生产中由于采用了一种快速渗碳工艺,结果产品经过喷丸后一种变速箱的二轴表面出现了“麻点”的现象,“麻点”外观呈白色,本文主要采用了材料化学成分分析、金相法和比较法对这种现象进行了分析,找出了工件表面喷丸后产生“麻点”的原因。
During the producing because of using a rapid carburizing process which make the Second transmission shaft’ surface appeared the "pitting" phenomenon, it’s appearance was white。In this paper ,which Mainly using the method of Materials and chemical composition analysis、microstructure and comparison to analysis this phenomenon,finnaly the reason why the part’s surface have a "pitting" after shot peening was founded。
2\重型汽车变速箱的轴类产品中有的光轴面渗碳后还需要磨削加工,再加上其热处理后都有一定变形,这就对轴面的有效硬化层深度提出了一定的要求。根据金相剖物结果同一零件上,齿部和光轴面层深差别很大,不同材料和不同直径的轴,采用同样的渗碳工艺,往往得到的有效硬化层深也差别很大,本文重点根据实际生产中几种典型轴类零件渗碳后有效硬化层深的特点,就这些现象做了一些探讨。
Some of the heavy vehicle’s transmission shaft in its optical surface need to grinding after carburized, in addition to its heat treatment deformation, therefore it will has a certain of requirements on the shaft’s carburized and hardened case. According to the results of metallographic specimen on the same parts, tooth and optical surface are very different on carburized and hardened case; different materials and different diameter of shaft, which are adopt the same carburizing often gets the same result too. This paper bases on the characteristics of several typical shaft parts’ effective hardening layer on the actual production, which make a discussion on these phenomenon. |
