in fact, we all are same. even you are foreign comapany, you don't have too much many chance to speak in english, because we only talk about some technology and joke in english during break, we all deal with different problems from site most time, sometime, we want some simple communication.

because the plant i work in need to pass nadcap ,i got the chance to read AMS specification . we never say english in the work either .
