有一家瑞士独资电动工具企业正在招聘热处理人才，地址在上海莘庄工业区。

Team Leader-Quality Engineering (Heat Treatment)

Job Responsibilities:
-   Build up of detailed knowledge for Heat Treatment Technology and ensure which is implemented at ongoing TTM (Time to Money) projects in an early phase.
-    Provide detailed analytical support and recommendations to the Quality, Sourcing and Design Department (in Shanghai and Europe) on quality controlling and qualification of supplier in questions of materials or heat treatment.
-    Evaluation and suggestion on the new heat treatment supplier with new technology like austempering and etc.,
-    Regular review for new technologies related to Heat Treatment or new materials available in Asia which can be used in power tools.
-   Technical support and training on raw material, heat treatment, brazing and sintering technologies
-    After build up of a network work closely with European plants to discuss quality/technical problems and implement suitable solutions.

Personnel requirements:
-   University graduates or above with Material Engineering background
-   Minimum 5 years working experience in Heat Treatment Engineering
-  Must have experience in Heat Treatment plant / manufacturing background
-  Strong technology know-how on material property and heat treatment
-  Must have experience heat treatment processes and failure analysis
-  Good understanding of Chinese /Asian/European material standards;
-  Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
