预氧化技术提高渗速的同时含降低了晶界氧化程度。

Reduced internal oxidation by a rapid carburizing technology enhanced by pre-oxidation for 18CrNiMo7-6 gear steel

Abstract

Pre-oxidation was adopted as a pretreatment prior to gas carburizing for 18CrNiMo7-6 steel, and its effect on the carburizing efficiency and internal oxidation was evaluated in this research. The results indicated that pre-oxidation could improve the carburizing efficiency and result in much thicker effective case depth than that without PO pretreatment under the same carburizing condition. Meanwhile, the thickness of internal oxidation layer decreases significantly by PO pretreatment. The enhanced carburizing efficiency and decreased internal oxidation tendency could be ascribed to the oxide layer formed on the surface and the higher surface free energy (SFE) by pre-oxidation (PO).

这已经是目前标准的工艺流程了,卖热处理渗碳设备生产的厂家都会配置相应的预氧化炉,需要讨论什么吗?

Not bad, the overall English looks quite impressive. I suggest using English for communication in this post. I don't know how to communicate with the host
