5.1 Hardening
For martensite hardening according to this Process Specification continuous
equipment with protective atmosphere is used, e.g.
roller hearth e
quipment with quenching chute and conveyor

roller hearth equipment with lowering platform

roller hearth equipment e.g. with flooding system.
Notes:

New units must be equipped with lowering platform or flooding system.

In the flooding system the quenching agent flows around the components,
simultaneously the roller conveyor reverses (at least at the beginning of
quenching), thus making also the parts to be heat treated reverse.

带有淬火槽和输送辊的辊底式热处理炉设备
带有升降平台的辊底式热处理炉设备
带有如水系统德辊底式热处理炉设备
注：
新的单元必须装备升降平台或者水系统
水系统中淬火剂围绕工件流动，同时输送辊翻转（至少在淬火开始时），因此也导致待热处理工件翻转。

    这里提到的滚底炉是不是有两种？一是带升降平台的，另外是棍棒式的，直接滚到油池里，再滚出油池是不是？但我想滚棒式的工件应该不会翻转的？[/size]

对于棒材，应该是转动。我们用的不是你们这样的辊底炉，我们用的是RPQ淬火机。

为得到淬火马氏体，根据工艺规范，要用到有保护气氛的连续炉，如
具有淬火槽和传送带的辊底式隧道炉
具有升降平台的辊底式隧道炉
具有注水系统的辊底式隧道炉
注：
新设备必须配有升降平台或注水系统
在注水系统中，淬火剂应围绕零件环流；同时，输送辊翻转（至少在淬火开始时），这样，因此也使待热处理工件翻转。
