Senior heat treatment Engineer- Manufacturing Engineering –
Job requirements:
• University degree in material engineering or related heat treatment technical degree;
• At least 3 years practical working experience;
• Technical knowledge:
- Good knowledge of heat treatment equipment and process, such as carburization, quenching, deep cooling, etc.
- DLC coating experience is a plus.
- Able to read different microstructures under microscope and know well microstructure transforming and character change during heating and cooling, able to figure out the cause of failed parts in production via complex test result from Lab;
• Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project,
Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, careful, considerate, and diligent;
• Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D quality tools;
• PC skills: MS Office;
• Good English/French language for a technical dialog;
• General knowledge about the functioning of pump/injector is a plus;
• Travel abroad is required.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare documents to support production as working instructions, production routing, process, quality checking inspection and control plan;
• Set up the documentation of lab process and working instruction. Supervise the compliance operation;
• Provide technical support for out sourcing parts;
• Provide support for training and validation operators and setters to achieve the manufacturing and quality goal;
• Accomplish other assigned task to support operational excellence such as 6 sigma, TS16949, cost down etc.
