iv. Reduction of area: 32% Min.(T), 45% Min.( 纵向). 这里不太理解，
缩减区域：32% 最小.( 横向), 45% 最小.( 纵向)
v. % Shear: 70%. 这里完全不懂：（
vi. BHN @ 1” below surface: 321-364 BHN.
布氏硬度@ 1”表面以下：321-364 BHN.
vii. CVN @ +70?F with radial notch: 90J (L) Min., 50J (T) Min.
夏比V型槽@ +70?F径向切口: 90J (纵向) 最小., 50J (横向) 最小.

是屈服应力在2%时的残余变形,横向最小964MPa ，纵向 最小 964MPa 。 应当翻译成：在2%残余变形下屈服应力为横向964MPa,纵向964MPa.。这样从汉语语法角度讲比较严谨。
英语语法是把地点状语放在主句前和后都可以，包括俄语也不例外。 楼主的翻译有点牵强，这种技术性的东西不能直接以过来，他在机械领域有他的意思。.勃式硬度BHN，相当于我们所说的HV,不是HB,Reduction of area: 32% Min. ——断面收缩率 我认为楼上朋友翻译有误.。BHN是布氏硬度计的英文缩写（Brinell hardness number）。 Shear Properties.—The properties of shear yield strength, Ssy, shear ultimate strength,
