具体工作职责如下：
Position职位：Technical Engineer for Shot Peen喷丸工程师 Responsibility：职责：1.
Qualify new products and processes according to customer drawings and specification within agreed time schedule and budget. 2.
Acquire necessary manufacturing skills (incl. machine programming) for assigned manufacturing step.3.
Special emphasis on fixture design drawing, fixture making, machine programming, gauging etc. and the product/process introduction.4.
Bring new product from "drawing and specifications" to "first article inspection" (FAI) and production (handover to manufacturing engineer). 5.
Responsible for successful qualification of new product and related process6.
Come up with fixed / frozen process with a defined process capability, which is described in a "manufacturing brochure / manual". (MI = Manufacturing Identification)7.
Define relevant quality inspection steps and implement them in "manufacturing brochure / manual". (QCI = Quality Control Identification)8.
Cooperate with related departments to make sure qualified processes are reached within agreed budget and time schedule.9.
Assist Manufacturing Engineer in solving operative problems during production.10.
Promote innovative technology and methods to improve productivity and quality, and to reduce cost.Qualification：
1.University education in mechanics or other related majors
2.At least 2-year experience in Shot peening and Grit Blast manufacturing field
3.Well recognized certificate in CNC programming and maintenance
4.Knowledge about drawings
5.Knowledge about quality control of mechanical products
6.English communication ability during working and training conditions
7.At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the metals industry or turbine industry
8.Experience in qualifying production processes according to customer requirements
9.Possibly experience in leading small engineering teams
10.Working experience with foreigners (US, Europe) is an advantage

有朋友关注吗？？？ 这个论坛本人懂喷丸（强化）的人就不是很多，所以没什么人关注。
喷丸在中国应用目前还不是很多，指总体，而大多数，我相信起码50%又集中在航空制造行业，这个行业象这个职位这个要求(3年经验)大概在5,6千左右（苏州）， 上海可能还要高点。 谢谢楼上的指明方向，有人关注吗？ 重载制造业也有，不过你们的薪酬能有多少？

本人现在任职的大型国企对喷丸很注重，主要应用清理和强化，而我主要负责热处理工艺部分，包括喷丸。只是不知道楼主的薪资待遇能到多少？最起码不能比我现在这个低吧？
本人现在年薪7.5万左右吧，合适的话我可以考虑考虑 可以考虑一下，不过只有两年经验
