How to select the SAT temperature
When I read the AMS-2750E, I found in this specification, it's absent for the temperature selection for a SAT.For the calibration of Sensors, it stated that the temperature interval shall not greater than 140C within the measurement range.
For the calibration of instrument, it stated that at lease 3 point for equipment sensor, minimum, maximum and middle 1/3.
For the TUS, it stated that the temperature for survey shall be maximum, minimum and temperatures makes the difference between test temperatures not greater than 335C.
But for SAT, it stated no temperature for test?
do you guys have any comments on this? sorry for ignored the content in AMS-2750E.
The AMS-2750E actually stated the temperature requirement:
3.4.5.1 The displayed temperature indication and/or recording of the sensor being tested as used in production, with appropriate offsets or correction factors, at any operating temperature, shall be compared with the corrected temperature indication of the test sensor on a test instrument.
In this clause, it shows that it already gave the temperature requirement for SAT.
Thanks and for your information. I think you have got the answer by yourslf- at any operating temperature.
It makes no sense if not at the operating temperature. Ha.
Usually, the people select one temperature he ofen used to perform SAT. just cloce to the point your furnace running.
