招聘金相品质工程师
工作职责：1.
负责制订金相质量控制程序，管理所有相关的进料和热处理产品的金相分析活动
2.
负责热处理工序产品质量监控，按要求检测产品的金属特性，如金相、硬度。
3.
负责来料金属特性检验；
4.
实验室管理，检测设备的维护和定期校验，在必要的时候提供新设备或设备更替的建议；
5.
协调质量问题的原因分析、解决措施，推动质量改善活动。
6.
维护和执行质量程序和标准
7.
准备月度质量会议的资料
8.
协助制造工程师确定物料特质要求及建立和改善热处理工艺
9.
执行其他分配的任务
任职资格：
1.本科，金相、热处理、材料学等相关专业；
2.至少3年相关金相分析、热处理经验，
3.熟悉热处理生产制造和品质管理流程；
4.了解SPC, FMEA，熟悉ISO品质管理体系
5.熟悉机械行业的产品，有轴承行业工作经验者优先；
6.主动，合作，良好的个性；责任心强，自我管理能力强，能在压力下工作；
7.良好的沟通能力；英文读写能力较强
Job responsibility:
1.
Overall plan and direct metallurgical quality control procedures and all related microstructure analysis of received materials and heat-treated parts
2.
Monitor and control heat treat product quality, perform inspection for product metallic characteristics, such as microstructure, hardness.
3.
Perform inspection for incoming material’s metallic characteristics
4.
Maintain metallurgic lab and test equipments’ validation, make recommendation on purchasing new and replacement equipment in areas of responsibility
5.
Coordinate quality incident cause analysis and problem solving, push quality continuous improvement
6.
Maintain and implement quality procedure and specification.
7.
Prepare monthly quality review materials
8.
Assist manufacturing engineer in identifying material requirements and establishing heat-treat processes.
9.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1.
bachelor degree, metallurgy, material engineering, heat treatment or related major
2.
at least 3-year related work experience in metallurgical analysis, heat treat
3.
Experience in heat treatment and quality control.
4.
Understand SPC, FMEA, ISO9001 quality management system
5.
Experience in mechanical manufacturing, bearing industry experience is preferred.
6.
Be proactive, cooperative, responsible and communicative, can work under pressure, self-disciplined
7.
Good English writing and reading skill.

其它条件我都还符合
郁闷...................... 需要看金相的件多不多啊？有没有徒弟帮着制样啊？
要是多的话很伤眼睛的。这有职业病啊! 我也是很多条件都不适合，年龄不在范围之内，什么SPC, FMEA，ISO又不了解，英文也很烂。。。。。。 哎^^^^^^^^，真正的具体搞一线生产的专业人士很多都跨不过这个门槛。能完全满足这个要求的可能多数在科研院校或机构吧。我跟3楼的心情一样。

呵呵，我挺合适的，但是那么远，没信心 按招聘条件，5K太少了 公司不错，工作地点喜欢，要求有点高啊 5K在该地区太少.要求太多.:) 太诱人了。可条件不够！就是英语过不了关。 真可惜，除了英语我都合格的 我符合你们的要求，但是我的待遇是你们的double！ 现在怎么这么强调英文，找博士生吧， 这样的要求应该１０Ｋ以上 英语，开玩笑吧，找个翻译也不只5K啊10K差不多 自己要努力啊
