S7 沃斯回火austempering
AISI S7. Shock resistant steel.Quenchedfrom 1020C to a saltbath at 200 C .
Products obtained aremostly lower bainite (darker in color)
and a little martensite and traces of Austenite.
2782: raw material, Small carbide particles evenly dispersed in matrix of ferrite.
7623a : slightly polished after etching to show roughness difference between
bainite and martensite areas.

几乎是下B(颜色黑暗区)组成,还有少量的M和残A。

No time to dig out that specimen. But I can tell you that the HRC of L.B.
dropsmuch slowly than that of Martensite upon tempering.

吴老师:我曾经使用H13料在淬火冷却过程种作360度左右做等温处理,高温回火后得到如下形态组织,是贝氏体吗?是上属于上贝还是下贝?烦请解惑.谢谢. Upper Bainite, I'd say. 回复 8# leomet
