The data of carbon content is 0.38. if the microscopic structure is P+ F ,We should findaround 49% P in the photo, But now, No more then 30% P was found in the photo,
So I think there must have some B in the sample.

应是经过退火的，组织为铁素体+珠光体。
原始组织中有魏氏组织。
