我那个老师傅是国家航空工业上刚退休下来的（好像还被保利公司派出去过），搞热处理的专家，现在就在江浙一带呢，可惜人家是学俄文的，也不是本科，而且也不是本科毕业。。。我虽然说是本科，但只有半年经验，哎这个社会啊就是这样，NB是熬出来的！ anyway tkanks 有了继续从事这个行业的动力！

Most of the engineers in China are stuck by Eng..expecially oral Eng..
that requires more focus on continious effort and practising on Eng as well as the comunication skills...
but anyway, as to your strict requirement on Eng, expertise, experience and high-level degree...It'll be a bit hard to find Mr./Ms Right upon the salary you enquired above...

In fact, I do not need a strong English speaker just like a mother tongue, I need candidates who can handle tele conferences, explain detailed technical project process etc.
The salary is about 8-10k/m, but negotiable.
Let me talk about my company, I worked in Gas turbine parts of Siemens.We do eight different kind Blade/Vane which be used at the core of gas turbine.The factroy including conventional machining plant and coating plant.As I know,the gas turbine Blade/Vane same as aerospace field,also resist corrosion and have enough strength at high temperature. My job is laboratory engineer,my specialty is metal material and heat treatment .I have acquired my bachelor degree in 2006.
Bachelor degree with 3 years working experience may be still a little lighter...
