annealed martensite是指什么组织？

近期在机车车轴热处理工艺准备中，在相关标准BS EN 13261：2003中看到对热处理的组织要求：热处理后应为 annealed martensite 组织。查中文版均译为 退火马氏体 。恕俺孤陋寡闻，不知这是否应为 回火索氏体 啊？
请大家不吝赐教，谢谢！

我在网上找到这么一句话 Accordingly, the tempered martensite phase was not sufficiently tempered, and the difference in strength between the annealed martensite phase which is a part of the ferrite phase ，说annealed martensite是铁素体相的其中一部分，由于我的专业知识比较不扎实，猜不出是什么组织，以上的仅供参考
