1.Performs accurate and timely completion of all tasks that has been assigned by planning to meet customer requirement.
2.Heat treatment technicians’ daily job management. And motivate them to meet their KPI.
3.Responsible for all heat treatment technicians on job training. And new people training up.
4.Create preventive maintenance system and conduct preventive maintenance to all heat treatment equipment;
5.Create a cleaning and safe working environment;
6.Responsible for write the heat treatment procedure and manage all relative activities to make sure to comply with WI and safety standardization.
7.Manage the underling behavior to comply with company regulation.
8.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
1.College diploma or above;
2.Average more than 5 years experience in heat treatment environment and 2 years in people management.
3.Have experience in foreign-funded/ multinational company is preferred.
4.Strong knowledge in heat treatment for steel.
5.Good problem-solving skills.
6.Strong self-leaning skills;
7.Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
