工作内容及要求：

Minimum 5 years working experience in Heat Treatment Engineering
至少5年以上热处理工程工作经验.

Must have experience in HT plant / manufacturing background
须有热处理工厂的工作背景.

Strong technology know-how on material property and heat treatment
须有过硬的材料分析及热处理技术理论知识和实践经验.

Must have experience heat treatment processes and failure analysis
须有热处理过程及失效性分析经验.

Have management skills
有一定的管理经验.

University graduates or above
本科及以上学历.

Material Engineering background
材料工程类专业背景.

can pass HR English interview is acceptable
简单口语交流能力，以能通过人事的英语面试为标准.

感谢楼上各位的关注。关于英语的问题，只能说这个要求以该企业来讲能通过HR的英文面试算是基本要求了。因为这个职位虽然并非一直直接与老外沟通的。但企业内部有不少外籍员工，相对而言，公司内其他很多职位英语都要求交流熟练。如果有一定的口语基础，能简单交流的话，同时，技术方面有五年左右经验的人才进入这样一个企业文化氛围内，相信以后对自己的职位生涯会有更显著的帮助。
