Main Functions
A-Direct responsibility in the frame of the XXX COMPANY global strategy
   •XXX COMPANY China sales business development
   o Ensure the business development first in selling vacuum furnaces for the heat treatment field to reach the yearly turnover and gross margin budgeted
   o Search and follow up of any potential business
   o Establish technical and commercial contact with the customers
   o Establish commercial offers (responsible for their economic and technical relevance) according to the procedures defined by XXX COMPANY technologies and XXX COMPANY China
   •Monthly market reporting: by attentive customer and market listening, make go up all strategic or commercial information, in order to allow the company to position on all new project likely to come up on the Chinese zone;
   •Observe the rules and the quality procedures and more generally those defined by the XXX COMPANY Technologies quality system
   •Responsible for efficiency and resources under your responsibility. Including the stability and motivation of the possible team.
   •Any complementary tasks within general or specific instructions which might improve efficiency and profitability of XXX COMPANY Technologies in China .
   •Ensure an accurate and regular reporting to XXX COMPANY in the frame of our internal procedures

Preferred Qualifications
   •Typical Education Level
   o Engineer and + more than 3 year at least of experience for selling furnaces or machines in the heat treatment field
   • Specialized knowledge and skills
   o Knowledge in the vacuum technologies and more particularly in the vacuum furnaces
   o Knowledge in metallurgical processes and heat treatment
   o Client and business oriented
   o Customer satisfaction experience (in sales or services to clients)
   o Technical team management skills and experience welcome.
   o Spoken and written English and Mandarin. Chinese culture background.

独挡一面是做不到的,现在都讲团队精神,能带一个班能讲独挡一面吗?那车间主任算什么,或别的什么人。做热处理确有特长,是秘不示人的,点破了不值钱。

工程类+3年以上热处理炉或设备销售经验
专业知识及技能:
熟悉真空技术尤其是真空炉技术方面的专业知识
熟悉冶金工艺和热处理
客户和业务
有客户满意案例(在销售或客户服务方面)
技术团队管理能力和相关经验尤受欢迎
良好的英语口语及书写能力,母语为汉语。中国文化背景。
