1. Support the induction hardening equipments installation and involve in the commission process
2. Work as a leader to convert and localize the manufacture process. Keep improvement of the manufacture process based on Xiang Tan plant actual situation.
3. Work with assets leader to prepare the training manual and operation manual. Conduct the training to operators
4. Work with maintenance team to develop the TPM system
5. Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and associate
6. Document current procedures, methods and tooling and capture improvements as they are developed.

If you have any difficulty to read the position description, please give up. it isan easy but difficult choice. I always tell my friends: belive in your first feeling.one year before, I nearly refuse the job which I work now, but it is really an attractive position. One year later, I think I am lucky to not refuse it in the end.
The experience of past year is very splendid, I never think of I can get such improvement in this year.
Ijioned it because it is a challenging period of a factory setting up, you may meet many difficulty, by our improvement is just the struggle against difficulties.

我其实发这个帖子就是要招一位英文好一点的热处理工程师，这个职位与老外沟通较多。
有可能会招一位刚毕业的大学生，因为英语好，技术也好的可能工资是天价了。 heat treatment and material induction engineer,
for normal heat treatment also like controllabe atmosphere heat treatment, it isn't no problem for me to match with them ,but it is very pity that I don't have too much experience in induction harding like HF. MF etc.
for English, it isn't any problem for me to read and write it, for english communication. I think that it is
OK for me in technical and working fields, but for daily communication like eat etc, I need to improve it,
