职位描述

SKF (Shanghai) Automotive Technologies Co., Ltd （ATC）was established in the end of 2005. It is wholly owned by SKF group. Currently there are around 350 employees in the company. The company is located in Shanghai International Auto Town Spare Parts Industrial park, and occupies a total area of 24642 square meters with construction area of 16195 square meters. There are four hub Bearing channels, one sTRB channel and several PTS channels. Testing center which belongs to GTCC and the VSM packing are also located in ATC. The main products of ATC are hub bearing (including HBU1, HBU2 and HBU3), sTRB, CBU, Steering column bearing, Suspension bearing etc. Our main customers are Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW-Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motor, Chongqing Ford, DPCA, Wuhu Cherry and Shenyang Brilliance etc.

JOB TITLE/ DEPARTMENT: Lab Technician 实验室技术员/ Quality 质量


REPORT TO: Assistant Quality Manager 助理质量经理


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

· Control and Manage Laboratory related job

· 控制和管理与实验室相关的工作


SCOPE AND IMPACT:

· Execute daily operation in Metallurgical Lab to support production activity

· 金相实验室的日常操作以支持生产


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Daily management of metallurgical lab (such as 5S management)

· 金相实验室日常管理（5S管理等）

· Daily maintenance of Lab equipments

· 实验设备的日常维护和保养

· Be in charge of changing the channel etching liquid

· 通道酸洗液的更换

· Be responsible for Purchasing Request for lab materials

· 实验材料的申购

· Be familiar with operating all the equipments and instruments in the lab

· 熟练操作金相室内各种仪器

· Execute preservation oil and washing oil inspecting according to plan

· 按计划做好防锈油，清洗油的检查

· Execute bearing components dirt analysis

· 做好轴承零件的清洁度分析

· Execute heat treatment parts analysis

· 进行热处理件的分析

· Assist in managing heat treatment measuring devices

· 协助进行热处理计量器件的管理

· Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

· 完成上级主管安排的其他任务


EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Required

· High school or technical skill school degree

· 中专、技校、职高、高中及以上学历

· Be able to read mechanical drawings

· 能看懂机械图纸

· Strong sense of responsibility and be good at learning

· 要有高度的责任心，善于学习技术知识

· Skilled with PC operation

· 熟练使用电脑

· Be able to read English files in daily work

· 能看懂日常使用的英文资料

· Good communication skills and team work spirit

· 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神


Preferred

· Having certification of metallic material microstructure inspection

· 具有金相检验员资格证书


RELEVANT EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THIS POSITION:

· Relative training for Product and Processing knowledge

· 产品及加工工艺知识培训

· Metallurgical experimenting skills training

· 金相实验技能相关培训


WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Metallurgical Room

· 金相实验室

· Frequently exposure to work in channels. The noise level in the workshop is occasionally higher than standard, the employee needs to wear earplug when in the workshop

· 需经常在生产通道上工作。车间噪音偶有高于标准，员工进入车间时需戴耳塞TRAVEL:

· No business trip

· 无出差

为什么要强调证书呢？
贵公司应该注重一点，只招人才，不招庸才！有证的不一定有能力，无证的不见得无能力！
证书不代表能力大小哦

对，干不长远，这也是现在企业招人的时候考虑到的一方面，男大当婚，女大当嫁，结婚后女的就要跟着男的一起奔波了，好多的女性就放弃了自己奋斗已久的岗位。呵呵多交流啊！:)
