精密夹具45钢发黑处理工艺

请教：精密夹具45钢零件发黑处理工艺，在网上搜罗了一圈也没找到具体操作方法及工艺，还是回到论坛里来求助，谢谢各位老师。
自己以前没做过，假如需要做小批量的话要不要购置设备的？

少量不必添置专门设备，里面有具体操作方法及工艺。
