Summary:
This position is responsible for directing the China sales & marketing team in future business growth in China. It is a leading position to plan, develop and manage the execution of the China sales and marketing strategy in order to position the business for sustainable revenue growth and market leadership.
Set clear sales and profit growth targets in line with company objectives and work to achieve the goals
Manage key accounts to deliver best value and generate continued profitable growth
Follow up all key projects and win them by utilizing all resources
Review and manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction, meet profit targets with minimum company risk
Identify and develop potential new market, application and products via regular and effective market study and promotions
Manage new business developments by using structured review, follow up system and the team efforts
Manage accounts receivables to maximize company cash position every week and month
Provide all internal and external reports without delay (weekly and monthly)
Develop and lead effective sales team to optimize work efficiency, teamwork and for value generation growth
Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing best quality services, and solve problems by employing all resources
Monitor competition activities and set winning sales strategies
Prepare investment proposals by making clear sales and profit growth plans based on full market information and risk analysis
Communicate with all members, other departments clearly and provide feedback on time to carry out given tasks without delay
Adhere to company ethics and antitrust policy guidelines
Requirements
University graduate majored in technical field (Engineering, Ceramics) or marketing
本科以上学历,工科或市场专业背景 (机械、工程、无机非金属、热能等)
Min 8 years sales experience, plus min 5 year sales management in comparable size organization
8年以上销售经验,5年以上销售管理经验(有各地办事处管理经验)
Fluent English and Chinese (spoken and written)
英文流利(书面和口语)
Good communication, negotiation skills, leadership and hard work attitude
出色的沟通能力、谈判技巧、领导能力和责任心
Need to travel around China frequently (and also overseas) for business
需要经常在国内外出差(约一半工作时间出差)
Refractory industry experience will be a great advantage
