猎头职位 某欧美企业招感应热处理工程师

Our client is a Global European Company worldwide leader in design and manufacturing of Induction heating production solutions, together with a technology producer, and a tailored solutions planner for its clients., covering different industry, from automotive to wind energy. The company has 10 Branch in all the world,covering North-South America, Europe and Asia. Since 2009 the company has been actively supporting the United Nations Global Compact, and signed the International Card of “Equal opportunities in the workplace” in order to officialize the complete support of the Group towards global working collaboration, respect of genders, careers orientation and a friendly working environment.
General Responsibilities:
The role is a key role, as the Induction Hardening process Engineer is the core of the company’s business. As each machine is specific and, in a certain way, a prototype, the process results have to reach the specifications agreed with the customer and the test of the equipment is the core activity to deliver out the products on time, fitting the technical specifications and providing the requirements of the customer.
Job Requirements:
• Handle all the heat treatment process activities during the phased of internal test, pre-acceptance with the customer in our workshop and final acceptance in customer plant
• Capacity for set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of machined and their specific process accordingly with the specific requests of the customer
• Capacity to manage the production processed, specially during the phase of acceptance in customer plan, requiring trial production of mall batches of items, and the laboratory testing activity to comply with the technical specifications required by the customer.
Qualifications / Behavioural Competences
• Bachelor Degree with Metal and Heat treatment Processes
• Minimum 4 years experience with focus on Induction Heat Treatment, in induction industry or in otherindustry having inside their structure a department working with Induction machines.
• English Beginner/Intermediate
• Precise, effective and process oriented
• Availability to travel work working missions

接触的设备有EFD和日本NETUREN.
大学毕业后一直在NTN工作，
对技术、工艺、品质、现场管理现在应该说比较有信心。

另外，如果条件特别优秀的话客户那边薪资待遇也会相应的提高至15K 或者17k每月左右！ 啊。。是SAET，挺高端的。。。虽然没实际用过，但是以前采购设备的时候有过接触，东西好是好，就是太贵了。 :'(只做过传统热处理 没做过感应呢！！！哎……以后得学啊！ Annie 发表于 2011-12-9 13:18 static/image/common/back.gif

:handshake Annie这个职位非要本科学历吗？ seat 的设备是最贵的没买多少吧 用过SAET，比国内设备好。但是调试周期长，我们现场还有两台调了一年了才调出来。这个应该是SAET，想去可惜经验不足 我对这家公司很熟悉，我们公司买了他们公司的设备，一台一千多万，11工位。明年交货。不过上海工厂制造的机床不好。意大利全进口的机床还是不错的。他们公司不是有调试工艺的工程师吗？ 怎么还要招？ 伊娃 发表于 2011-12-9 18:05 static/image/common/back.gif
