有检测螺栓的吗？进来看看国标是不是出现一个低级的错误？？
国标GB/T3098.1-2000 中第14 15页有关脱碳试验的规定 上述图中划红线部分是不是错了图示下部是HV3≤HV2+30 而后面的文字描述又变成第一点了 到底是 1点还是2 点 没接触过这个标准，建议去问标准制订者。 本帖最后由 皮猴 于 2012-2-3 16:00 编辑
iso898-5 1998 中也是一样的，看来国标就抄抄没想过错
我看有2007年的更新版出来了，楼主可以去查查

Hardness determination for point 3 shall be made on the pitch line of the thread adjacent to the thread on which
determinations at points 1 and 2 are made.
The Vickers hardness value at point 2 (HV2) shall be equal to or greater than that at point 1 (HV1) minus 30 Vickers units. In
this case the height of the non-decarburized zone E is at least as specified in table 4.
The Vickers hardness value at point 3 (HV3) shall be equal to or less than that at point 1 (HV1) plus 30 Vickers units. An
increase of more than 30 Vickers units indicates that carburization is not permissible.
Complete decarburization up to the maximum specified in table 3 cannot be detected by the hardness measurement
method.
NOTE — Careful differentiation should be made between an increase in hardness caused by carburization and that due to heat treatment
or cold working of the surface. 我觉得是第一点，是用来检验增碳的话用以1为标准好一点
第2点是用来衡量脱碳深度的
第3点比第二点高30度，不能说明增碳，也可能是未脱碳，不可能出现这种纰漏
所以我觉得是第一点
