1. Drive optimization across such areas as: equipment installations, product/tooling DFM, and process/transformation modeling.
2. Approve/document modifications to reduce scrap, set up times, run times, machine or production system malfunctions.
3. Oversee plant laboratory functions (documentation reviewed、parts inspection and draw up test plans etc.
4. According to production plan, analyzing master schedule, organizing and monitoring the production of workshop together with Manufacturing Planning Department
5. According to master schedule, organizing and assigning resources of workshop in order, monitoring progress of workshop weekly plan.
6. Cooperating QMM Department to execute normal quality control procedure in the workshop, improving & perfecting the quality control procedure.
7. In cooperation with the maintenance department and drawn up the system-specific check lists.
8. Supervise Senior and Lead Engineer to answer questions, develop their understanding, provide direction and team building, and ensure process optimization.
9. Control all kinds of cost; reduce the cost of manufacture and quality.
10. Assist operation of new production plan, and testing for new production
11. Play a lead role during customer heat treat and metallurgy audit.
12. Implementation and organization of staff training（Security、Plant operation、Plant Maintenance、Process、Organization etc.）
Requirements:
1. Metal material or heat treatment engineering bachelor degree
2. Above 5 years heat treating experiences, including 2 years workshop management experiences.
3. Good knowledge of heat treatment equipment.
4. Knowledge of quality control tools, such as PFMEA, SPC, PFD, etc.
5. Ability to work independently and in team
6. Good command English both in written and verbal.
7. Good continuous improvement and cost control awareness
8. Skilled with Microsoft based software.

5。独立工作能力和团队的能力
6。无论在书面和口头英语的好命令。
7。良好的不断提高和成本控制意识
