1 familiar with the grinding ball heat treatment process,
2 good understanding of relative process about grinding ball, including relative equipment,
3 know about different kinds of quenching medium,
4 could solve the HT problems about grinding ball,
requirement:
1 material or mechanic backgroud,
2 above 30 years old,
3 more than 5 years working experience,
4 same HT experience is welcomed,
5 simple english is perferred,not a must,
