一点介绍:Our surface treatment chemicals work to protect a variety of materials including steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals from the damaging and costly effects of rust and corrosion, and are essential for improving the quality and coating performance of subsequent painting. Nihon Parkerizing Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based manufacturer of chemical agents and equipment. The Company operates in four business segments. The Chemical Agents segment manufactures and sells metal surface treatment chemicals, corrosion-prevention chemicals, rolling mill lubricant, coating materials, electroless nickel plating and industrial detergents. The Equipment segment manufactures and sells metal surface treatment equipment and coating equipment. The Processing segment is engaged in the provision of anti-rust processing service and heat treatment processing service. The Others segment is involved in the maintenance work of buildings, the manufacture and sale of metal specimen plates, the management and leasing of real estates, as well as the sale of petroleum products and the brokerage of industrial waste disposal.Our specialty is the development of surface hardening technology including heat treatments (carburizing, nitriding, sulfurizing) and composite nickel plating. We have developed a low temperature salt bath nitriding (Palsonite) which is energy saving and low distortion. Furthermore, we have established a salt bath nitriding system in which the cyanide generation during the nitriding reaction is less than 1wt%.
