後來覺得這些 的確不是碳化物. 吴老师是个经验丰富的前辈,但上面的白色组织我个人认为不是碳化物,碳化物与碳含量有关,这种材料不可能出现这么多碳化物,是不是碳化物可以在倍数高的显微硬度计上检测一下硬度就知道了 To all:
Is there proeutectoid carbide in this normalized 45# steel?
It says in textbook that proeutectoid product in 45# steel is Ferrite. The above micrographes are from the axles shown below.

Those white spotsmight be over-saturated austenite. But some carbide particles are among them is for sure. It is these

可以分析一下,42CrMo在什么情况下会有碳化物:
42CrMo属亚共析钢,无论是在那种状态下都很难出现游离态的碳化物。 此图片不像液析,液析不会沿晶界成网状分布,而多是沿变形方向且量少无多边形形态 是铁素体吧】 下班回来再学习下。 看着不像碳化物。你可以做一下电镜。打一下成分不就知道了 好崇拜业界前辈!什么时候才能学到这个程度?
