职位名称：热处理工程师Qualification Requirements:
-Degree in mechanical engineering or Material Science.
-At least 4 years working experience in Heat Treatment process
-Knowledge of vacuum furnace is an advantage
-Good analitycal.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop new Heat Treatment process parameter.
-Train operator to operate Heat Treatment equipments.
-Technical support to troubleshoot heat treatment process.
-Develop Standard Operation Procedure.
-Work closely with Maintenance team in resolving machine issue.
-Equipment capability study.
-Process improvement.
-Equipment safety improvement.
